HOW TO USE OUR MEAL PLANNERS

Our Fit Kitchen Meal planners and nutritional calculators are divided into three main planner types; Muscle Lifestyle indicated by the red, Fitness Lifestyle by blue and Carb Free lifestyle by yellow. We put a modern twist into buying healthy restaurant quality food direct online and catering for those who eat and search for tapas sized meals all the way to those whos fitness is paramount and eat the portion sized to match. If you have already decided which lifestyle and number of meal per week that suits your needs you can simply touch/click the number of meals per week you would like to order within the colour coded corresponding area below.

If you have yet to decide which lifestyle suits you then please read on as we have included a short description with some valuable health points/ideas for each meal plan to assist you in the decision making process. All planners except for the 12 meals per week include a breakfast or brunch meal including lunch and dinner with healthy serves of meat, vegetables and a single starch of your choice (excluding carb free plans). Fit Kitchen provides you an easy way to prepare delicous meals with our in house recipe while we supply you top quailty Australian ingredients ready to be steamed. Although not time consuming as part of a healthy eating balanced diet we recommend you include a single serve of fruit or salad per day, though fruit and salad is not included with your Fit Kitchen meals.

Focusing on multiple smaller snack meals through the day rather than a conventional three times per day meals. Bodybuilder meal plans offer 24 × larger portion meals.

    Featuring only natural primal foods that has been our dietary source of nutrients of thousands of years, during the paleolithic era (stone age) after which this diet is named.
