Where can I find Fit Kitchen meals?

Fit Kitchen meals are currently only available exclusively
through our website. You can order from our website and have your meals delivered to your door for a flat delivery fee.

Where do you deliver?

We can deliver meals anywhere in Perth Metropolitan and the surrounding areas.

How long will my order take?

Orders take 2-4 working days to be prepared and delivered. Once your order is ready, you will be notified a confirmation about a day and time that it will be ready for delivery.

How can I pay for my order?

Payments can be made securely online with credit or debit cards, or via PayPal. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email containing your meal order and payment details.

Can I change my order after I’ve checked out?

You can only amend your order by emailing, once you have checked out and your order is finalized, you are not able to go back to your order and amend anything. If you urgently need to make any changes please email our friendly customer service no later than 2 days before your cut off time.


Can I cancel my order?

Yes you can, please contact our friendly customer service at if you are unsure about your order. Please ensure you contact the customer service team at least 2 days before your order is delivered.

How will my order arrive?

Your meals will be frozen to maintain optimum freshness and packed in a foam esky.

Part of my order is missing. Who can I contact?
We’re sorry! Please contact our customer service team on so we can get the rest of your meals to you ASAP.
How should I store my meals?

You’ve got two choices:

  • Keep them frozen at -18 degrees or below and use within the use by date; or
  • Keep your meals in the fridge at less than 5 degrees for up to 2 days.


If a meal defrosts, heat and consume immediately. Do not refreeze or store in the fridge.

When can I place my order?

You can place your order at any time as long as you get your order in by our two cut-off dates. Our order cut-off times are Friday at Midnight for delivery the following Tuesday to your delivery address.

What are the best meals for me?

Our meals and meal planners are designed to work in with your current daily calorie intake. If your unsure about what your daily calorie intake is suitable for your desired goals please see a specialist nutritionist, coach or dietician before purchasing a Fit kitchen package.

How is my order confirmed?

You will receive an email or phone call from one of our friendly customer service team confirming your order details and delivery address.

How do I pay for my order?

Payments are made securely online with paypal, including Credit Card payments (VISA, MASTERCARD & DISCOVER), the most trusted payment provider around the world.

Do I receive a tax invoice?

Yes you will get a new invoice included with with each order.

What happens if a product I ordered I damaged?

If any product that reaches you is damaged or spoilt please contact our customer service team on

What happens if a part of my order is missing?

Can I amend my order after I have checked out?

Of course, you can just email our friendly customer service team at we will be able to change your order up to 24 hours before delivery.

Can I cancel my order?

We understand that sometimes things happen or you may change your mind, please just email our customer service team at 48 hours prior to your delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to do a refund for orders cancelled after this time.
