Refunds Policy

  • We do not give refunds for change of mind or ordering the wrong item so please chose your meals carefully. However if your goods are faulty or described incorrectly we will happily exchange or give you a credit note. Any meals for exchange must be in original packaging condition.
  • If you have a sudden emergency (i.e. medical or going out of town) and you are un able to pick up your order. Please have a friend or relative pick up the food on your behalf. Please ensure you email info@fitkitchen.com.au to notify our nutritionist.
  • Fit kitchen do not get involved in personal affairs and will deliver to the designated drop off point as scheduled unless notified at least 48 (fourty eight) hours prior to the cut of time.
  • Fit Kitchen accepts no liability for the loss or deterioration of any goods once they have been delivered in accordance with the delivery instructions and our terms and conditions.
  • Fit Kitchen will not be held liable to any financial or physical damages of any kind.
